Holiday apartment with garden in Peschiera del Garda

Irmi’s Wine Garden, a cosy apartment for 2-5 guests, is nestled in an idyllic setting just 1 km from the beach of Lake Garda.

Built in the 17th century with stone walls and lime mortar, this quaint terraced house was completely ecologically renovated by Irmi Windegger in 2023. It has been transformed into a zero-energy building with perfect natural insulation and a photovoltaic system for electricity generation.
The approximately 3,000 m² lawn around the house, which is only accessible to guests of Irmi’s Wine Garden, is organically cultivated and richly planted with a variety of species. Guests are welcome to help themselves to herbs and vegetables from the garden, as well as to Irmi’s own organic wines, jams, seasoned salts and vegetable creations.
The holiday home is immersed in nature, surrounded by the vineyards of Lugana, currently the most famous white wine of Northern Italy. The beach of Lake Garda is only 1 km away.

Sunny apartment

Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with three beds and a balcony with beautiful views. There is also a bathroom on this level.
The ground floor comprises a living room/kitchen, optionally with two additional sleeping arrangements, and another bathroom. Outside the kitchen, a beautiful terrace with a sun awning invites guests to relax.
A large garden, extending over 3,000 m², offers many amenities: BBQ facilities, a sunbathing lawn, an outdoor shower, a Kneipp therapy area, various games, a swing, a sandbox for children and much more. The entire garden is organically managed without the use of chemicals.

• Prices are for 2 people per day. Each additional guest is charged €15 per day. A pet is charged €10 per day.
• The apartment is available for rent all year round and can be booked weekly (from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday).
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 40% deposit of the total amount, with the balance due on arrival.

Varied activities

The area is full of attractions and places to visit:

• Lake Frassino is only about 400 meters away and Lake Garda is about 1 km from the accommodation.
• There are many old typical Italian villages such as Castellaro Lagusello, Ponti sul Mincio and Borghetto sul Mincio.
• For cyclists, there are many cycle routes in the gently rolling hinterland. These stretch from Valeggio sul Mincio and Borghetto to Mantua and towards Lake Garda to Sirmione, just 10 minutes away by bike. Other destinations such as Bardolino, Lazise or Monte Baldo are also within easy reach.
• The beautiful old town of Verona can be reached by train from Peschiera del Garda in just 10 minutes. Venice can also be easily reached in just an hour.
• The typical restaurant "Antica Osteria Buso Caldo" is about 150 metres away - ideal if you don't feel like cooking or barbecuing.
• The hotel Le Ali del Frassino, situated on the shores of Lake Frassino and only about 400 meters away, offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a delicious breakfast or use the spa facilities on request.
• A visit to the local wineries producing the famous Italian white wine Lugana, is a must during your holiday.
